A solar energy plant has been operating since 2011, covering a large area of the roof of the factory, capable of producing about 30% of the company’s energy requirements, with 115 thousand kilowatt-hours a year and a peak power equal to about 104 kilowatt.
In 2013 the company installed a purification plant, with biological operation, for the treatment of waste water. In 2017 it acquired the certification for the production of organic ham (Valoritalia)
